What we collect

• Email address: used to create and authenticate your account
• Display name: used for in-app personalization
• Workout data (exercises, sets, reps, weight, feel ratings): used to power the training and progression engine
• Subscription status: used to manage your Pro access
• Device identifiers: collected by RevenueCat for purchase validation

How we use your data

We use your data solely to provide the ApexCore service. Your workout data powers the progression engine, plateau detection, and training recommendations. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Third parties

• Supabase: database and authentication infrastructure (data stored in US-East region)
• RevenueCat: subscription billing and purchase validation
• Google Play: app distribution and billing

No other third parties receive your data.

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at the email below. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days of your request.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us at hello@dynamicaxis.io.

Children

ApexCore is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
